Curation Assistance 
Our in-house team will work with you to handpick art based on your client's unique space and needs. Fill out the quick art curation request form which gives us an overview of your project and we'll send back a handpicked selection of art (and materials, if desired) for you to review with your client. We’ll work with you to make any changes to make sure that the art chosen suits your client’s needs. 

Custom Orders & Sizes
Custom sizes, frames and color adjustments tailored to your needs.  Available only to Trade Program designers.

How do I request a custom order?
Email with your requestsPlease be sure to provide detailed information so we can better prepare your quote.

How does curation assistance work?
- Fill out a quick art curation request form that gives us a general overview of the project.  
- Our in-house team will send back a handpicked selection of art (and frames, if desired) for your review.
- Review the selections and we’ll work with you to make any changes before finalizing the order.

Where can I find pricing on custom orders?
Because of the unique nature of each order, we create a custom quote for each request. The print pricing will match the standard print pricing on our site (less trade program discount), any variation in sizing, materials and finishes will require a custom quote.

How long will it take to get a quote?
After submitting a quote request, you can expect to hear back from us within 2 business days with confirmation of your request including any follow-up questions we may have. From there, we will assemble a custom quote for your project. If you need a quote within a specific timeline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the lead time on custom orders once I submit a purchase order?
While lead times for custom orders may vary based on materials specified, you can expect orders using stocked materials to ship within 2-3 weeks. 

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom-ordered products. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis due to quality issues or shipping damages only.

Can I request custom framing samples?
Custom frame samples can be provided, costs may apply, which will be determined based on type.
